Purchases of JUMBO (LITER) or travel-sized products.
Repeat purchases of a product; only the first purchase is eligible for a refund or exchange.

If you are new to No Nothing or trying a product for the first time, we recommend purchasing a travel-sized item to test it out before committing to a full-sized product. 

Please be aware that we do not accept returns or refunds on JUMBO-sized products. These items are intended for users who are familiar with the product and prefer a more cost-effective and environmentally friendly option. Additionally, we do not offer free return shipping.

Unopened items in their original condition quality for a full refund.

We understand that allergic reactions and dissatisfaction may occur, and we are committed to ensuring your
satisfaction. In such cases we offer two options for returning opened/used products:

80% refund of the purchase price OR Store credit for the full amount.
