New Packaging
I received a bottle that says Four Reasons No Nothing instead of No Nothing. Is this the same product?
No Nothing is rebranding, and we are moving our Sensitive hair care line under our main brand Four Reasons. That means that the packaging of No nothing products has changed, and the produt line is called Four Reasons No Nothing. Our new packaging has changed to be more sustainable and more user-friendly. Our new bottles are made from sugar cane plastic and our factory operates on 100% green energy. The products are the same as before, and they function the same as before being fragrance-free and hypoallergenic. There have been minor changes in some formulas, mainly the increase of active ingredients in some of the formulas. All the ingredients are listed on each product page under the tab "ingredients". Are your products really fragrance-free?
Yes! We formulate our products without any fragrances or masking fragrances.
Which commonly allergizing ingredients are No nothing products free of?
Fragrances, perfume, phthalates, methylisothiazolinone, phenylene diamines, film forming substances, metallic impurities, formaldehyde and formaldehyde releasers, essential oils, linalool, limonene, compositae(daisy) family, aloe vera, dyes, tea tree, parabens, balsam of peru, gluten, soy, and many more...
Shipping
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Shipping takes 2-5 business days, but keep in mind that transportation companies are currently experiencing delays due to the shortages related to the Covid-19 pandemic. No shipping times are guaranteed at this time.
Returns and Refunds
When you shop at nonothing.us you can return your unopened and unused products within 30 days of receiving the products. Exception being - the Jumbo size Shampoos and Conditioners can't be returned.
Unfortunately, we can't accommodate exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
