Disappointed

I have fragrance allergies and was so happy when I came across No Nothing hair products. I've been using them for years. However the Hair Oil left a lot to be desired, especially for the price for such a small amount. It left my hair looking dry and frizzy. I would have returned it for a refund, but they only accept unopened and unused product. How can you know something doesn't do what it's intended for without trying it?
